A 10% will be reserved from your classification budget as the quarterly budget for care management – Care planning, Service Coordination, Monitoring, review and evaluation, Support and Education.

There are no lock-in contract/commitments.

Cancelled visits with less than 48 hours’ notice or after 5pm the day before the service will be charged at full cost of the service.

If you are not present at the scheduled time of a booked service and have not provided us with 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, or staff are turned away at the visit of a booked service, you will be charged at 100% of the service price.

Cost during services such as entry fees, parking, rubbish disposal etc are the responsibility of the client. Consumables ordered for/by the client will be an additional charge.

Nursing, clinical care and allied health services may include travel time, report writing, referrals, consumables etc. Initial Consultation will apply for Nursing and Allied Health Services.
